I started researching this list over about 15 years ago.  Original list ended at 935 millibars.  I think it was the 25 lowest pressures in the Atlantic Basin.  It was shortened to 931 millibars before 2010.

  Research and additional storms has grown the list to 84 storms.  The time invested over the years has me leaving the cutoff at 931mb to include the Galveston Hurricane in 1900 which brought that city to take steps to prepare for the future.
